Snowparts cc is a distributor of appliance spares. Repairs and/or installations are not performed on the premises. Snowparts cc, will therefore not accept any liability or responsibility for any irregularities and/or misconduct which occurred during a service rendered by a technician.
Please ensure that you purchase the correct goods
Returns
Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from date of purchase, given the following requirements are met:
- Goods must be returned in the same condition it was received. It must be in its original packaging (no missing parts or accessories) for the return to be validated.
- Original proof of payment, i.e. invoice or receipt must be present
- Defective goods may only be returned if installed by a qualified authorized technician
- All goods come with a warranty in accordance with supplier specifications and/or terms and conditions
- Returns department must be notified immediately, should goods received be damaged whilst in transit. Pictures should be provided
- Unwanted products (original packaging) – all goods correctly supplied may be returned at the discretion that a 10% handling fee may be charged and/or the charge of the courier fee
Returns of compressors:
Compressors have a guarantee of three months and are only returnable/refundable if it meets the following criteria:
- The oil is clean
- The system has been vacuumed
- Dead short
- Original invoice is present
- Technician’s qualifications must be presented
Goods not eligible for a return/refund:
- Special goods ordered or special elements/gaskets that have been manufactured, may under no circumstances be returned or refunded UNLESS defective. In that case, please notify us immediately.
- Goods that have been fitted or connected cannot be returned. It is at the discretion of our returns department to determine whether the item has been connected/fitted
Refunds process:
- Once the item is received, it will be inspected by our returns department and/or sent to the supplier for assessment
- Once assessment is completed, the customer will be notified what the outcome is and whether the refund is approved. (Reports can be provided for the outcome of compressor assessment)
- Should the refund be approved, the refund will be initiated to the original method of payment.
